Ingredients
- 120 g brown rice
- 1/2 cup of peas frozen
- 1 piece of green and / or red pepper
- 1 shallot
- two eggs.
- 150 grams of peeled prawn frozen
- 3 olive oil spoons
- Soy sauce
- Fresh ginger
- Salt
Preparing the spices

Bring the rice to a boil.

Chop all the vegetables and in a pan with hot oil, sauté it. You can add a little chopped fresh ginger.

When a couple of minutes have passed, add the peas and prawns (which will have previously thawed), and stir for a few more minutes. Remove from the heat if the rice is not done yet.

When the rice is ready, drain it and pour it into the pan. Over high heat, stir well and add a couple of tablespoons of soy sauce.

Then add the two beaten eggs, to which a pinch of salt has been added, and stir over medium heat until the egg is set.

Serve in bowls and eat hot.
