1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
3 tablespoons tahini
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
Salt to taste
Paprika and chopped fresh parsley for garnish

In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and cumin.
Pulse until the mixture is smooth and creamy. You may need to scrape down the sides of the processor and blend again.
Gradually add olive oil while blending until you achieve the desired consistency.
Season with salt to taste.
Transfer the hummus to a serving dish, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with paprika and chopped parsley.
Serve with pita bread, fresh vegetables, or as a dip for various snacks.
