Mango Lassi

Ingredients:

2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
Ice cubes (optional)
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:

Place diced mangoes, plain yogurt, milk, honey, and ground cardamom in a blender.
Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes if you want a colder drink.
Taste and adjust the sweetness with more honey if needed.
Pour the mango lassi into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
