Ingredients
- 200 g flour
- 25 g defatted cocoa powder (25 g)
- 75 g Sugar
- 1 dessert spoon chemical yeast (
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 dessert spoon vanilla essence
- 60 g Olive oil
- 180 g Water
Preparing the spices

Preheat the oven to 175ºC with air. Grease a 20 cm x 20 cm mold.

In a bowl, mix the flour with the cocoa, sugar and baking powder.

Crush the banana and add it to the previous ingredients. Add the vanilla essence, olive oil and water. Mix well with a spatula.

Distribute the mixture in the mold and bake between 30 and 35 minutes or until when you click with a toothpick in the center, it comes out clean.

Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the mold and consuming. You can decorate with a little icing sugar, cream or fruit.
